Erika and Michelle have been mastering dishes together for over 5 years. Also a home-trained chef, Erika has worked endlessly to teach herself the ins and outs of culinary expertise. Erika is incredibly meticulous and puts her heart and soul into everything she does. The longevity of this working relationship is a testament to the core values of Michelle’s Malibu Meals. We are a women-led, people-first organization on a mission to serve delicious and healthy food with great conversation and lots of laughter.

Charlotte grew up with an affinity for the food industry with a mom as a personal chef and a grandfather as a restaurant owner. She integrated this passion with her interest in entrepreneurship during her studies at Georgetown. Charlotte has professional experience as a digital media analyst, venture capital intern, and investment analyst. Charlotte contributes to the company’s operations, supply chain, and social media strategies. When she’s not behind the computer, you can catch her recipe testing in the kitchen with Michelle and Erika.
